The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva,Switzerland) announces a call for applicants for  CapacityBuildingin International Relations (CABIR) National Training Programme on “Regional Integration” for civil servants from the Republic of Armenia, 12-14 November, 2013 at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia, Yerevan.

Deadline for application is October 21.
