Objectives and problems of the department
There are two internships in Public Administration Academy of RA: administrative and scientific-research. The duration of each is 4 weeks.
The internships are conducted in legislative, executive, judicial, local self-governanment and other public bodies of RA and NKR. Progress and profession of the Masters’ student play essential role in electing the place of internship.
Administrative internship is one of the most important stages of preparation of specialists and education process. Its purpose is to accomplish the theoretical knowledge of the Masters’ students and to help them acquire practical experience and skills, and to get acquainted with the purposes, problems, structure, etc., of the company.
The election of the place of scientific-research internship is based on the subject of thesis of the Masters’ student.
The purpose of scientific-research internship is to accomplish the theoretical knowledge of the Masters’ students and to help them acquire practical experience and skills, and to acquire vital material for the thesis.
The students who perform high progress and excellent knowledge in foreign languages have chance to do internship abroad, particularly in public and local self-government bodies of France or Lebanon.
