Postgraduate education is organized in the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia in the following professions:

Postgraduate admission to the Public Administration Academy of RA is competitive and is based on the results of entrance exams. Citizens of the Republic of Armenia who hold a Master’s Diploma or a Diploma of Specialization may apply for the postgraduate education at the Public Administration Academy of RA. Postgraduate education is provided on an existing and distance basis, on a paid and free basis. The fee for post-graduate study on a long-term and short-term basis is 500,000 (five hundred thousand) drams. Postgraduate students with long-term and free of charge are granted a state-funded scholarship starting on the day of admission.
Registration of researchers to the Academy is not competitive. Graduates of the accredited professions of RA state higher education institutions and RA non-state higher education institutions, who have a diploma of specialist or master degree, are engaged in active scientific activities, have certain scientific results can apply as a researcher. Admission to the Academy is on a paid basis. The annual fee for the research study is 3,500,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand) drams.
Doctorates, PhD students and researchers have free access to teaching techniques, computer equipment and a library at the Academy.
