Terms of use

The library service is provided to the Academy’s full and part-time students, the professorial and pedagogical staff, its employees, trainees, graduate students and competitors.

Books are provided with subscription cards only to the full-time educated students and the registered employees.

Temporary employees, trainees, staff of public administration system, civil servants can use books in the reading room.

 Part- time students, graduate students and competitors can use literature in the reading room, and in case they leave an appropriate document (the passport or social security card), they are allowed to take the books home.

The reader can take home no more than 5 books from the library, 7 days are provided for each book. 

The mentioned terms for taken books can be prolonged only if they are not necessary to other readers.

It is forbidden to take the following from the library:

• Dictionaries,
• Encyclopedias,
• Directories,
• Rare and valuable editions,
• Abstracts and theses.

It is also forbidden to take those books from the library that is available only in one copy.

Readers are obliged:

• to follow the instructions for the library use;
• to return the taken materials in due time;
• in case of loss or damage of a book, to return a similar book, or to pay for the lost one in the threefold size of its cost,
• in case of discharge from work or graduation from the Academy the reader or the employee is obliged to return back all books,
• the roundabout sheet is signed by the employee of the library only when the books are returned.
