General information

The library of the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia was established in 1996.

The library possesses 17401 books in Armenian and foreign languages (Russian, English, French, German).The prevailing number of books includes those in the field of jurisprudence, economy, political studies, psychology, philosophy, accounting, and public administration and in other fields.

The library’s literature in the professional sense conforms to the requirements of the Academy’s educational and scientific programs.

The book fund is constantly enriched by new books of modern scientific and educational literature. It is carried out both by purchasing books and donations. The fund is also replenished with necessary electronic literature.

The library has an electronic database; the process of digitization of books has begun and it will be continued in the future; moreover, the electronic information search system has been developed and is operating now.

The reading room is equipped with computers connected to the Internet for the purpose of providing electronic information.

There is "WI-FI" network in the library.
