Advanced Training Courses in the Academy

“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.”

Andrey Margolin, the Vice-Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Director of the Institute of Finance and Sustainable Development (IFSD), Doctor of Economics, Full Professor welcomed the participants of the three-day course, by this idea of Bernard Shaw.

The training “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Priority Projects and Government Programs” was organized to improve the qualifications of an additional professional program.

Among the participants were not only of the representatives of administration and faculty staff of the Academy, but also from various interested departments.

Khachatur Ghazeyan, the Rector of PAARA welcomed the participants and wished them fruitful work.

Professor Andrey Margolin thanked the leadership of the Academy for supporting the program.
